Shipping Policy

Playground. ships worldwide, all orders are shipped out in 1-5 business days.

We only ship with reliable tracked shipping. All orders are shipped from our headquarter in Paris, France. Shipping costs will be computed at checkout by simply selecting your country from the list.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal service operations.

For Europe and UK, all orders are shipped via La Poste France (Collisimo). Estimated delivery times range from 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

For USA, all orders are shipped via DHL. Estimated delivery times range from 4 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

For other international shipments, delivery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We mainly use DHL or La Poste France. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on your local postal service.

Please note that delays may occur during transit. We recommend regularly checking the tracking link provided and contacting your local post office for any assistance regarding a delayed package.

Please ensure that a secure delivery location is provided and that someone is available to receive or sign for the package if required. Once an order has been marked as delivered, Playground Paris is unable to take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels.
